ARNIE is a sweet and beautiful boy who is shy.  He's good with dogs and loves to play with them. He would do better with another dog in the home.  He's good with cats.   He loves to go for walks and follow his foster mom around the house and yard.  He's doing good with house manners, and he's crate trained.    Kids over 10 would be best.   If you're looking for a sweet and loving, handsome dog who will take a bit to warm up,  then you can apply for him at collarofhope.org.
