 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Oh Sebastian!  This little guy is so animated!  He's 10 pounds right now and just turned  5 months old.  He should be 15-20 pounds grown.  He came to us with his Mama who was a black and white spaniel mix.  Sebastian though looks like a terrier x beagle x pug mix.  His tail curls like a pug, his fur has feathery bits that stick out like a terrier (note is adorable black handlebar mustach) and he's got long beagle looking ears.  He's a classic heinz 57 adorable baby.  He is active and playful and especially loves to play with kind bigger dogs.   He also needs someone home most of the time to raise him, no exceptions.  He does not like being crated and will fuss to no end.  For this reason, apartment or other housing with shared walls with other families is not ideal.
