 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

I am a 9 month old Fox Terrier mix. I am only 15-20 lbs and an extremely friendly and outgoing little guy. I am happy, happy, happy all the time. I love to play fetch, go for walks or runs, hiking, or cuddles in the evening. If you have room in your life for a neat little guy like me, please put your application in for Scampi! I am also great with other dogs, kids, and will bark at cats but hasn't hurt them. So, for the cats sake a home without cats is best for him. Scampi spent half of his young life in a shelter (from 4-8 months of age). He so much deserves to be part of an active family that will take the time and make the commitment to love him for life, train him and keep him well exercised and played with! Scampi is small and VERY fast. His new home will be required to have a secure fence all the way around the home to insure his safety. A moment with an open door is all it will take for this young energtic guy to be gone, gone, gone and we certainly don't want that! PLEASE BE CERTAIN YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT OR APPLY FOR A RESCUE. WE WILL NOT HOLD THEM FOR VACATIONS, MOVING INTO A NEW HOME OR HOLIDAYS ONCE APPROVED AND SELECTED TO ADOPT A RESCUE. We thank you for seeking a rescue dog!
