 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Attention....this dog is located in Yakima, WA and is a courtesy post for Lifesavers Rescue. This is not a Collar of Hope foster dog. This is the SWEETEST little dog. ZOEY was here about 5 minutes and settled right in. What a delight. She was owner surrender due to the landlord requiring too much of a deposit for pets in the apartment. ZOEY looks to be a ShihTzu mix possibly with Poodle. She has recently been trimmed so I didn't see her longer hair coat. She is white with a little light tan, here and there. ZOEY is about 1 1/2 years old. She is SO well mannered, quiet, friendly and a pretty little dog. She weighs about 13#, so isn't real small and delicate. ZOEY has been around small children and is good with them. She is great with other dogs. At this point she doesn't play with them as she would rather be on the couch or sitting with someone. She just loves to cuddle. ZOEY would make an outstanding pet for about any family. She does have a long under bite so the tip of her tongue sticks out allot. This is a breed of dog that MUST be frequently brushed to keep her coat from matting or she will need to be clipped every 6-7 weeks to have the shorter do. Please know that you are committed to do this for ZOEY. A fenced yard is MANDATORY for the safety of this little dog. This is due to larger dogs seeing these fuzzy little dogs and thinking they are rabbits, cats, squirrels and if prey driven will run into a yard for the kill. ZOEY will be spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped before she is adopted. There is a $200 adoption donation for her.
