 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

OSCAR is a super cute, purebred, Shih Tzu seeking a loving and permanent lifelong home! He just turned 1 yr old on May 30, 2009. He's sweet, affectionate and fun! Oscar had a very successful surgery on his eyes and now is living a pain free life and loving every minute of it! In addition to his eye surgery, he's neutered, utd on vaccines/rabies, flea & worm treated and micro chipped. If you're interested in adopting him, we encourage you to submit our application for preapproval. Oscar would do best in a home with someone there most of the time or at least to have another little friend there to keep him company.
