About Heidi

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • Housetrained: Yes
We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit, therefore we require our adoption application be emailed in and approved before we can set up a meet with the dog. Our home page has information about our rescue and adoption process www.collarofhope.petfinder.com Heidi is a sweet, 5 yr young, pure bred dachshund girl looking for a permanent home to call her own. She was adopted from a shelter after being a breeder and then her Mom's health declined so she lost her home. Heidi needs someone that will insure they continue with her weight loss no matter how much she stares at you with her big beautiful eyes. She should get daily walks to help her to get her girlish figure back too. Being overweight is hard on any dog but more so on the short leg and long bodied dogs. Her nails need regular attention until they are as short as they should be. Her rear dew was embedded in the bad. She does paw-d-cures really well too! Can Heidi be the girl for you? If so, please submit an adoption application for her! This dog is spayed, vaccinated including rabies, and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum. Adoption fee is $150
