 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Jasmine was shy upon arrival (typical herding breed) to us but has come out of her shell beautifully.  We've discovered she loves playing with toys and other dogs that like to play a little ruff.  It also gets some of her youthful energy out.  She's a quiet girl also.  She has a good balance of busy and playful and then lounging.  
We kept her dragging a leash at first so we could catch her until she acclimated and bonded.  Once she did, and once she learned the routine, she no longer needed that.  She's a smart girl and picked up life as a house dog pretty quickly.  
She was picked up as a stray and wouldn't come to us initially so she is a flight risk and must have a securely fenced yard. No exceptions.
