TEVIN is a sweet, friendly little guy and he's the cutest too!  He came from a home that didn't spay or neuter and in just a couple of years ended up with more than 30 dogs!  His new family MUST have a securely fenced yard as she has no concept of leash walking.  He needs a family who is willing and able to work with his training.  He's so sweet and deserves to live a loved and doted life full of great care for the rest of his life.  Is that you?
